Rhythm, Alignment & Pacing
Opening Transmission
Pleiadian Council:
Hello, and we say a fantastic day to all of you. We speak on behalf of the Pleiadian Council supporting your planet in your evolution process, and we thank you, as always, for allowing us to connect and reflect in this way.
Today we speak on the subject of rhythm, alignment, and pacing, to allow you to bring the integration of the formula and the frequency of your heart into your daily life in the most effective way.
Acting on your highest excitement, to the best of your ability, without insisting on an outcome—and taking it as far as you can go—is the way you may find what truly calls to you in the depths of your soul, and translate it into something in physical reality that deepens your connection to yourself, and to the Source within you.
Many, when they begin on this path, find it revolutionary. Just being excited alone is different from many paths and notions that say you must perform your diligence in a way that does not come naturally to you.
In this exploratory phase, you may move from one exciting thing to another. Some mistake this ever-moving energy—from one idea to the next idea, one teaching to the next, one permission slip to another, one place on the planet to another—as the entire point.
And we must remind you: it is about what your highest excitement is.
At a point, it becomes easy to always feel excited. Yet you still have to ask: Is this my highest excitement?
Sometimes the highest excitement feels like an edge. It feels like a comfort zone that has to expand, stretch, or adjust in some way.
In order to continue doing what excites you more than anything else, you still have to move through phases of integration and rest, like the in-breath and the out-breath, day and night: the birthing of an idea, the execution of it, and the pause of integration before the next step.
This back and forth is the cycle of rhythm. You live it each day in small ways, though you may also tune into a rhythm from day to day: allowing yourself to move in one direction, then the next day attending to some necessary daily task that is perhaps less exciting; the next day moving back toward the most exciting part; then again resting, returning to something grounding, or fulfilling some essential need.
That is the other pitfall people often encounter when attempting to live through this formula. Once they taste the excitement, and also the bliss of these higher states of consciousness, it becomes easy to always want to be in the highest and most subtle states.
Yet if you do not pay your bills, feed your body, and attend to your relations with your neighbors and the world around you, eventually you will not find much space to stay excited about anything.
Finding that rhythm of moving back and forth between what is essential to practicality and what is essential for the heart is part of what having rhythm may mean.
Alignment is that inner knowing of a deep connection to what matters most to you.
You can still maintain that alignment while tending to the peripheral details of your life, or the other aspects of it that do not seem as directly related to that core excitement, but are still part of the larger picture.
Alignment means you catch yourself when you start to drift away from the values and actions that you know hold up your core excitement.
Pacing is the idea of making sure that you move and adjust your speed as you move through life.
Sometimes you must be ever attuned, moving quickly to meet your environment, make use of the time, and enter that joyous state of creative flow. Other times you must slow down, almost coming to a stop, to return to the body, return to presence, and return to an inner place where integration can happen.
This pacing must come into the equation with all aspects of your life—with your relationships, with your projects, with what calls to you.
Sometimes you move quickly into connection, and then you must create the space of distance so that each being may return to themselves and know what is there at their core.
In general, the world asks many people to move too fast, with many temptations to give in to a quick fix, release, or entertainment. You are ever tempted to look away from what is within, and the pace of work that is often demanded can lead to burnout.
Many push back against this model of life with the intentional, slow-paced, contemplative way. This can be helpful at times. It can also be a counter-reaction, wanting so much spaciousness and stillness that one does not know how to move back into the flow.
So you have to know how to be present in the busyness, and present in the absolute stillness when everything completely stops. You must know what it is like to find a connection to yourself and move with awareness at each pace.
The more you get to know these different velocities, the easier it will be to adjust to what the environment around you asks you to access within yourself.
So we hope this supports you, and feels relevant at this time through the synchronicity of our presence here today.
And we would ask you then: in which ways can we be of support to you, with any of your comments, questions, or inquiries, beginning whenever you would like.
Q&A
Seeing Guides, Imagination, and Omens
Speaker 1:
Hello, Pleiadians. How are you?
Pleiadian Council:
Yes.
Speaker 1:
I have a question about what you said last week. You said that I met an Essani being and that I am aware of it. As far as I know, I am not aware of it. Can you shed more light on that, please?
Pleiadian Council:
You have seen particular beings and visions, yes?
Speaker 1:
Yes. When I meditate, I sometimes see faces.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes. Sometimes they do not always present as completely clear. Sometimes they are lurking in the background. The Essani and the other guides you connect with present themselves over time. The images may get clearer and clearer.
Speaker 1:
Is there anything I can do to speed up that process? I am a very good visualizer. If I saw something once, I can recreate it in my mind.
Pleiadian Council:
Have you begun to draw these visions?
Speaker 1:
I painted two ETs so far.
Pleiadian Council:
Beings that you saw in your own vision?
Speaker 1:
One is a hybrid child I saw in a dream. The other was a being that came when I was talking to AI, and GPT told me it was my guide. So I am not really sure about that one.
Pleiadian Council:
The first being from your dream is a great example. To allow these visions to become art will help you meet them more clearly and easily. The more you need to see the details in order to translate them into an image on the canvas, the easier it will be for you to see these images.
Speaker 1:
I do not understand. The more I see them, the more I see?
Pleiadian Council:
The more you paint them, the easier it will be to see them.
Speaker 1:
But how can I paint them if I do not know what they look like?
Pleiadian Council:
Allow them to emerge again in your visions and look deeper. Even if there is a lack of clarity, even if there is some distortion, start there.
You may at first show and translate that distortion into the image. As you reflect upon the visions you have already seen, you may start to see clearer images. Perhaps you can reflect upon the beings you saw in dreams and ask them to come toward you again in meditation.
Speaker 1:
There was one dream I had. You told me that was a Yahyel mate, and I felt like he did not show me his face on purpose.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes.
Speaker 1:
Is that true? And why not?
Pleiadian Council:
Timing.
Speaker 1:
Because if I saw his face, then I would be able to paint it so easily. I try to imagine it, and then I wonder if my imagination is anywhere close to what he looks like, or if I am just forcing it.
Pleiadian Council:
Imagination is a doorway, so do not resist it. Allow yourself to stay present in the imagination long enough that you begin to connect with the feeling.
As you focus on the images that come in your mind, you may also notice the sensation of a presence, the feeling of energy moving through your body, or even an inner voice that connects with the being.
So allow imagination to open the door. The deeper you go into it, the more you may have a more moving experience.
Speaker 1:
A few days ago I saw a face that looked like an ET, maybe a gray face, in the clouds. Was that just my imagination, or is there something to it as well?
Pleiadian Council:
Imagination is the doorway. Your mind is also a doorway through which energies, beings, and consciousness emerge.
So yes, there is a connection there. Was the being in a cloud a literal alien? No. But it represented the connection that is taking place.
This can also happen with other images you may see in recurring patterns that present themselves to you. There is indeed an interconnection between your consciousness and the manifestations that present themselves around you.
Speaker 1:
That makes sense. One last thing. I quite often find coins on my way. In the morning, I go to the pool and I find coins. Is that from them as well?
Pleiadian Council:
No.
Speaker 1:
Who is it from? Or is it just random?
Pleiadian Council:
Somebody dropped the coins.
Does it mean something on another level? Perhaps.
With omens and these events, it is important to pay attention to how you feel in the moment and not over-assign meaning to it. Notice the meaning you make of it while seeing that the meaning is optional.
Many will start to notice recurring numbers for a while. They may think, Every time that number shows up, something good is happening because I am seeing it.
Yet that kind of thinking can lead to overinterpreting every sign, to a point where the once-positive sign can manifest in inopportune moments.
These signs reflect that there are connections taking place. But understanding causality is the complication.
This is why we have shared, in the transmission titled Causality, that it is important to ask first: what are all of the causes and effects?
Just because something is synchronized, and the same symbol shows up, does not mean that each occurrence originated from the same cause.
There is an overlay in a resonant frequency. Two manifestations with the same frequency can have different fundamental causes.
Speaker 1:
Okay, I get it. Thank you so much.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes.
Trusting Different Sources
Speaker 2:
Hello.
Pleiadian Council:
Hello.
Speaker 2:
How can you distinguish between different sources, and which source can you trust?
Pleiadian Council:
There is some background noise that is a little distracting, but you asked: how can you distinguish between different sources of what?
Speaker 2:
Which source can you trust?
Pleiadian Council:
We are sorry. There is too much distortion in the audio. If you can move to another location where there is uninterrupted speech without distortion, we may be able to better assist you.
Personality, the Past, and Beliefs
Host:
I am going to ask a question while he is getting his audio ready.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes, that is okay.
Host:
I have a question in the chat. It is: “Hi Pleiadians. I read an interesting quote that said most people emotionally memorize their past and call it personality, and I would love your feedback or insights on this. Thank you.”
Pleiadian Council:
Yes. There is a certain truth there, in that many people live as if their habitual responses are ingrained and cannot be changed.
As they look at their history, they see recurring themes as if they are doomed to repeat them.
However, we would say that those of you who have walked this path before are learning to go beyond that cycle.
As you come to recognize that your own being, your own personality, is constructed through your beliefs—and beliefs can be changed—that notion, once it becomes an embodied part of your own experience, undermines the tendency that you named.
Host:
Thank you so much for that. Any more thoughts on that idea? I have a lot of questions about personality: the difference between our personality, our avatar, our archetype. I do not want to get too in the weeds, but I use these terms so generally sometimes that I wonder if it would be helpful for you to talk about that.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes. Your personality is constantly changing in some ways, meaning that in every circumstance, you adapt.
This allows you to perhaps see choices: the choice to be authentic, or the choice to completely meet and merge with others, or with the room.
When you develop the capacity to stay present in yourself, you begin to consciously create your own personality.
There are certain natural personality or psychological traits that many note—for example, openness, agreeableness, neuroticism, and so forth. However, these are not inborn facts. They are constantly changing.
So that level of personality is more psychological. It is about your mood, your beliefs, and the level of connection within you.
By consciously choosing to open your heart to your inner truth and take deliberate control of your actions, you can rewrite the psychological wiring that creates a personality that is shy or confident, kind or arrogant, and so on.
These different traits of personality can also be considered parts of the psyche with their own beliefs.
So the “you” that operates in the world changes depending on how you consciously or unconsciously relate to your own parts.
There is a part of you that wants to do one thing, and a part of you that might be afraid for different reasons. The more you can notice these inner conflicts and bring presence into them, the more you get to consciously choose what resonates with you, and override the tendency to impulsively react toward emotions, triggers, and the stimuli that come from those around you.
Narcissism, Change, and Collective Awakening
Host:
That makes me think of personality disorders. My awakening—and I think many people’s awakenings—had to do with a narcissist, or another low-consciousness individual, doing what they do and shattering your reality so you can see things from a different point of view. It becomes part of the awakening cycle.
Could you talk about narcissistic or cluster B traits? Specifically, I do not think they are changeable at all.
Pleiadian Council:
Everything is always changing.
Host:
Well, they do not want to change.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes. It is normally true that those who do not want to change will not.
People also generally do not want to do what they believe is impossible. That is also part of the struggle, though of course many do not even think change could serve them in any way.
There are many ways of approaching this.
We can start with the fact that narcissists are considered to be those who care only for themselves, or love only themselves, because they gaze into their own reflection.
What is important to recognize is that it is not akin to the original myth, where there is an admiration of one’s own beauty. It is more as if they have to construct an image of themselves that compensates for a deep, deep feeling of insecurity.
This insecurity can emerge through many different avenues. It can come from being overly compared to another person when they were young. It can come from having an overbearing parent with very high standards.
Whatever the cause, there emerges an inability to sit with the feeling of shame—to contemplate one’s own wrongness, you could say, or to come to terms with the harm one has potentially caused.
From that avoidance emerges the tendency to control and justify continuously.
In order for someone of this nature to heal, they have to come to reckon with a fundamental goodness, a fundamental soul that is beyond the separation of right and wrong.
They have to recognize that reconciliation with something deeper within themselves is actually possible, so they can have the space to sit with feelings of shame, guilt, and inadequacy, and check in with reality.
Host:
That was such a succinct and wonderful answer. Going a little bit deeper: do you see them on the whole? I feel like we have more of these people, or these personalities, than ever. I think about leaders who are narcissists and are really waking people up. Are we getting to the revelation part? Is it by design that we have so many active right now, that our society uses narcissists for the evolution process in that way? Or is this simply a result of our choices all the way along, ancestral karma, that kind of thing?
Pleiadian Council:
There is not an either-or between those two ideas. It is a bit of both.
The tendency toward self-centeredness has always existed. You can see it in the way animals can be absolutely loving pets, but the moment you move toward them when they are eating, something different emerges within them.
In that way, it is built into the being to be overly protective as a survival mechanism.
The issue is that you have developed a very complex world, but you have not fully come to terms with that part within.
The notion of endless growth is very promising for those who want to use the outer symbol to control other people’s perception.
The further they go into the idea of controlling the narrative, controlling their image, being at the very top, being a god among people, the further they disconnect from their own self—the genuine source of healing and grounding within them.
You can also say that the different systems of governance humans have developed around the world are manifestations of your collective evolution.
They are driven by conflicting parts within you, with different strategies for maintaining control.
In a world still fixated on the notion of complete control of oneself or the population, there will be the uprising of these kinds of figures.
The reason it continues is because, from the distance of the screen, those who hide behind the image of perfection fulfill some inner need in those who watch: that vicarious urge to see the bright and immense light of the great star or leader who represents belonging to something bigger.
The movement away from this is the turn into the self—not the self as the center of the universe, but the self as a center of gravity: the center of understanding what matters and where love emerges.
That turn inward allows you to recognize what your inner needs are, and how you can connect with that talent within to translate your own essence into a tangible connection with others.
Building from the ground up creates a new sort of community that does not fall into the old trap of obsession with image.
Host:
I do feel like that is coming. It feels like there will be two different paths: some people following the matrix or the structured life, and other people wanting to opt out of it.
Pleiadian Council:
It is not two paths. There are eight billion paths.
The collective evolves and progresses through trials and errors.
Yes, there are those who cling to what seems conventional, and there are those who rebel. But clinging or pushing back are not what lead to wholeness.
It is not about completely rejecting any one path, but recognizing why people are walking the paths they are walking. What motivates them?
When you come to understand your own motivations clearly and honestly, you will open your eyes to see the motives in others just as clearly.
Host:
I am thinking about how much I project onto my thoughts of other people, even in the last half hour. Whenever I am cranky or resentful, it comes back to me. Thank you. I will leave it at that.
Pleiadian Council:
Whenever you are not in balance, do not believe your thoughts.
Come back to them later. Take note of them.
This is one of the most important things, and it also connects with the opening message of rhythm, alignment, and pacing.
You already have a rhythm. That is the most important thing to recognize.
Your body functions in cycles, naturally returning to the same tendencies, often at the same times of day.
You might note: In the morning, this is a difficult time, or after lunch, I feel sleepy and reluctant. In those windows, know what it takes to get you to the next step.
In those times, can you more deliberately ignore your thoughts? Can you recognize that they arise out of imbalance within your own nervous system, which can be resolved simply by realigning with excitement and getting your chemical constituents back in order?
Host:
My chemical constituents back in order. I like it.
Pleiadian Council:
When you are in that flow, doing what you love, your brain produces dopamine. You think that is only about pleasure, but no—it is what keeps you focused.
When you choose things there is no point in focusing on in order to get the focus chemical, you drain your brain.
But you can be in a state of overflowing joy when you continuously choose things that produce the dopamine that keeps you focused and surging with joy.
Again, you have to learn how to land. That is why we spoke about rhythm.
When your body goes through changes—waking, sleeping, meeting new people, leaving people—there is a shift that takes place.
Those windows of movement between one cycle and another are delicate times. Knowing this, you may bring a gentler awareness to them.
As you move from one place to another, from one phase to another, you leave something behind and gain something more.
Allow your perception to be more finely attuned, because in those transitions it is much easier to see what you want to see, and what you do not want to see.
Host:
Thank you. This was really helpful.
Pleiadian Council:
Our thanks to you as well.
Who the Pleiadian Council Are
Speaker 1:
Since no one is speaking, I am curious about you, Pleiadian Council. Can you tell us something about yourselves?
Pleiadian Council:
Depends when and where.
Speaker 1:
When and where? My first question would be: will you be coming for open contact, coming down to Earth?
Pleiadian Council:
Perhaps, yes.
Speaker 1:
Where are you now?
Pleiadian Council:
Where are we now?
We are a nonphysical consciousness, and that consciousness connects with beings in our world and beings in many worlds.
Through that same stream of consciousness, the channel connects with beings, some who live on planets near the Pleiades, some who live on their ships.
The channel has a particular Pleiadian guide who flavors this transmission, though we are bigger and beyond all of these many lifetimes that converge within the oversoul.
Speaker 1:
Wow. I had no idea.
Pleiadian Council:
When you are in touch with that higher self within you, you touch into the part that is larger than you and larger than all of your other incarnations, but contains them.
That is who we are.
Though we may specify: that is who we are in the case of the channel.
We are that bridge through the higher self to all the other incarnations. We allow information across time and space, from different Pleiadian beings, to bridge and translate into your reality.
Speaker 1:
That sounds complicated.
Pleiadian Council:
It sounds so. But think about this: there is an internet, and there are eight billion people, and almost that many phones and computers. All of those devices connect to that same source of information. They plug into it.
You, as a soul, plug into your oversoul. At the same time, across time and space, your other lifetimes connect into that same oversoul.
Information comes through the oversoul to every soul, allowing what is relevant to translate from one incarnation to another—if the souls are willing for that transfer to take place.
Speaker 1:
I can understand it better now with the analogy. Thank you.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes.
Mediumship, Higher Selves, and Living People
Host:
Lately I have been having so much more mediumship. So many beings come in. I have been channeling for years and am comfortable with that. The other day, I believe somebody’s higher self came to me, and people say, “Well, that cannot be, because they are still living.” But I think we are all fractals and connected to each other. I would love to hear the Pleiadian Council talk about how it is possible to connect with the deeper consciousness of another person, or their higher self.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes. You can see them in vision. You can hear them. You can know that presence.
This is the self that is bigger than them, to which they are not necessarily connected. Sometimes it reflects beliefs and notions that are unconscious to the soul at the time, depending on where they are in their awakening process.
Often when you are dealing with someone who does not want to bring more awareness into their life, it is possible to instead connect with their higher self—to relay information to them, or to understand them more clearly.
Host:
Why are they coming to me now? Has something changed in me that I am able to get these? Am I just a clearer channel? Am I more open to it than the average person?
Pleiadian Council:
You have become more open to it. But why did they come to you? What did they impart to you?
Host:
Maybe they were answering a question. My colleague and I were doing a creative project together, and I had a bunch of creative people come in. One had not passed yet. I guess that was it. They were answering my call for help.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes.
Host:
I have called before and did not get a whole bunch, so I thought it was really cool. Thank you.
Pleiadian Council:
You may have these experiences again. Sometimes someone’s higher self can come because you are meant to connect with them, or relay a message to them that they themselves cannot hear.
Parts, Internalized Abuse, Pain, and Integration
Speaker 3:
I wanted to ask: if there is a part of you that identifies with a narcissist who refuses to change, how do you address that part of yourself?
Pleiadian Council:
To be identified with a partner who refuses to change?
Speaker 3:
No, a part of yourself.
Pleiadian Council:
A part of you that is identified with a partner who refuses to change. Yes. So the issue must be that there is another part of you that insists the partner does change.
Speaker 3:
Can you repeat that?
Pleiadian Council:
We said the issue must be that a part of you is identified with somebody, and another part of you insists that they change.
Speaker 3:
If the part that refuses to change is also against your goals, how do I address the part of myself that identifies as a narcissist, even though I know I am not, and refuses to change and sabotages my attempts to heal?
Pleiadian Council:
A part of you is a narcissist that refuses to change? Or a part of them?
Speaker 3:
I am talking about me. In my attempt at knowing myself, I have learned there are parts of me that are a bully. Another part is a saboteur. Another part is a child. Another part is my abuser.
The abuser has made it difficult for me to heal myself due to my traumatic past. Because the abuser was a narcissist, that part is internalized as a narcissist. I have experienced difficulty trying to heal the parts that refuse to be healed and actively sabotage my attempts to heal.
Pleiadian Council:
When do you feel this narcissistic part show up?
Speaker 3:
When I am happy, when I find joy, when I am enjoying something, when there are pleasant memories or when I look at something pleasant.
Pleiadian Council:
How is it narcissistic to be pleasant?
Speaker 3:
It is not. To me, I feel it is an outside influence that continues to interfere with my life in negative ways, and continues to tell me it is me when I do not believe that.
Pleiadian Council:
How does this outside force interfere?
Speaker 3:
Through touches in my body. Those touches have meaning. It knows my intuitive meanings of certain touches on certain parts of my body, which act as messages.
Pleiadian Council:
Let us take a step back. You said the narcissistic part of you shows up when you are happy. What does it do when you are happy?
Speaker 3:
It sends me physical body touches of negative messaging that I am tired of hearing.
Pleiadian Council:
Is that pain?
Speaker 3:
Yes.
Pleiadian Council:
Where?
Speaker 3:
It could be pain in my leg. It could be pain in my back. It could be pain anywhere. It uses pain to say no. Pain means no. I get sharp pains too, especially on my right leg.
Pleiadian Council:
Pain does not necessarily mean no. Pain can be caused for many reasons.
Speaker 3:
But that is my intuitive meaning. That is my definition of what it means when I experience pain as a message.
Pleiadian Council:
The path of healing is to strip the sensation of its meaning and instead listen to it. That is what it means to have equanimity.
Speaker 3:
I have attempted that. I have attempted to abandon this script.
Pleiadian Council:
It is to strip it of its inherent meaning.
You feel pain and say it is bad, but it is not inherently bad. You say it is.
That does not mean you ignore it and say it is good and push through it if you are doing something that causes you pain. But every form of exertion, even sitting still, can cause pain to some extent. It is simply a matter of not pushing yourself so far that the pain becomes something your body cannot heal from.
Pain is the messenger. The message is not in the same language that you speak. The language of pain is movement.
If pain shows up, it is asking you to look at the way you move through the world with your actions and choices.
Speaker 3:
I have been wanting to move and act from a place of love. That is difficult when my body counters those actions. The most recent example I can provide is when my partner cried. I had a negative reaction to my partner crying, in which there was a smirk, and then my body proceeded to tell me “trust,” meaning: trust that they are happy my partner is crying.
That puts me in a state of rage, because I would never take pleasure in my partner crying, especially when he is crying about my life and wondering if I am okay. Why would my body give me a negative signal telling me there is joy in his pain? That is not who I am.
Pleiadian Council:
If you are aware of parts, you have to be aware that a part of you is talking.
The self that is beyond the parts does not deny the parts. So as long as you are saying, I am not, there is still a part of you in control.
The idea of parts is that you connect with a self that is not a part.
What must be clear is that there is now a part speaking and moving through you. But there is a self beyond it that can see all of the parts clearly for what they are.
The part of you that cannot accept that another part of you would take joy in sorrow and pain is resisting, and that resistance is preventing you from knowing yourself and moving through the pain.
Speaker 3:
How do you accept someone else’s pain as pleasure?
Pleiadian Council:
There is a word for it: schadenfreude. This is natural.
One who has been abused for a long period of time will naturally take joy in the suffering of their abuser. It is part of the human desire for liberation.
It does not mean you are bad. But if people tell you that the subversion of injustice is wrong, that shuts something out of you. It becomes something to vilify, which ensures that oppressive forces can continue doing exactly what they are doing.
Speaker 3:
But I know that I do not enjoy causing people pain.
Pleiadian Council:
Part of you does not. The part of you that is talking does not. But another part of you feels that way.
Speaker 3:
How do I address that when I do not agree with it?
Pleiadian Council:
The part of you that does not agree with it has to stop blending with the self that knows all beings have a shadow. None of you are different or escape from that.
Speaker 3:
That just puts me in a position where I need to accept.
Pleiadian Council:
To yourself and all. There are no bad parts. That is the whole point.
There are simply parts that have belief systems causing dysfunction.
You can change them, but you cannot change them until you accept them.
Accept them not in the sense that you validate them as correct, but in the sense that you acknowledge they are there and stop denying them.
Speaker 3:
Even in my acknowledgement, despite my reluctance to acknowledge them, they still repeat. How do I change it? I have attempted to accept.
Pleiadian Council:
Continue to accept and choose what feels most like love for you.
Speaker 3:
What feels most like love to me, they are against. So how am I supposed to accept what is against myself?
Pleiadian Council:
You may need to find a compromise. Or you may need to allow yourself to take more space to be true to who you are.
Speaker 3:
Then that would mean I would have to fight them.
Pleiadian Council:
Why would you have to fight them?
Taking space means moving into your own energy field so you can be undisturbed for a period of time, so you can listen to your body and not take in the energy of others, so that what is true for you can emerge.
Speaker 3:
What is true for me is the joy of helping others. That is one truth I know. When there are parts of me that go against that, that literally goes against me.
Pleiadian Council:
All of the parts are part of a whole, so no part goes against the whole.
The self is beyond the parts and can integrate them. Your self is not the pain and hurt that the parts feel. Your self, or higher self, is beyond them.
Yet you do not become your higher self by erasing your lower self. You build a bridge. You open the channel so that the higher self and its transcendent joy flow like a waterfall into all of your parts and include them, bringing them together so that those gifts can flourish through you and flow out into others.
Speaker 3:
In the inclusion, do I expect change, or do I accept things as they are? Do I change them into what I prefer them to be?
Pleiadian Council:
Yes.
Speaker 3:
And what if there is resistance?
Pleiadian Council:
Have no insistence on an outcome.
Speaker 3:
And what if there is resistance from those parts that refuse to be changed into what I prefer them to be?
Pleiadian Council:
It is not a question of what if. It is a question of how you are going to deal with the resistance that is there.
You have to bring the softening energy of your higher self into it: turning to your heart, holding that frequency in your heart, and embracing those parts.
Sit with their resistance. If too much resistance comes up in a certain moment, you can always take time and space to return to what brings you into your body and into a feeling of calm.
Speaker 3:
But they are always in my body. Resistance is something I will always experience, because I am constantly aware of my inner life twenty-four/seven.
Pleiadian Council:
If you keep saying you are always going to continue to do the same thing, that is what will happen.
Changing your mind means changing what you do. Mind and action go together.
It is impossible to change how you think until you change the choices you make.
Start by doing things radically differently. Change your daily habits completely. Imagine what it would be like to start completely anew.
Speaker 3:
Okay, I will try that.
Pleiadian Council:
We are not saying you have to throw absolutely everything away. But for some days, interrupt your routines.
Think about one thing you do that feels mixed, that does not necessarily bring the best results. Change it.
Change as many of the choices you make on a regular basis as you can, and challenge your thoughts in the process.
Commit yourself to a degree of honesty. Allow the parts of you that you resist to have a space to express themselves.
If you try to use the light of your higher self to force them out of you, they will resist more.
Instead, you have to ask them what they need.
A part of you that might enjoy another person’s suffering may actually need to be free of that person.
Speaker 3:
That is where I experience conflict. What if I do not want to do that?
Pleiadian Council:
Then you may have to sit with the conflict.
Speaker 3:
That just puts me in a corner.
Pleiadian Council:
You do not have to go all into this. It is not all or nothing.
Again, it may be nothing more than taking more space to do what you want to do. If somebody prevents you from having control over some of your choices or the things you do, you may need to say: This is what I am doing for this time of day. I am doing it alone. That can be it.
Speaker 3:
But how do I integrate that? How is that integration?
Pleiadian Council:
It is integration because it is coming back to yourself.
Speaker 3:
How does the part of me that desires separation from someone I do not want to separate from integrate?
Pleiadian Council:
The idea of integration is allowing all of the parts of you to speak.
Some parts of you might take you in one direction. Some parts take you in another direction. They all have their own desires and intentions.
Perhaps this part of you that has different motives and ambitions needs to do that alone so it can fulfill its desires.
This does not mean you have to completely break away and separate. Though if somebody is holding you back from what your heart wants you to do, you cannot fully expand. You have to at least advocate for the space to be yourself.
If you cannot be yourself in a relationship, then that relationship is not bringing out the light of your soul and the love within you.
We hope this helps. We trust that, yes, there may be resistance, but with time, space, and deeper listening, integration will take place.
Speaker 3:
This will take some time.
Pleiadian Council:
Yes.
Closing Transmission
Host:
Does anybody else have a question? Perhaps somebody who has not asked yet?
Pleiadian Council:
We love the bells.
Speaker 4:
Thank you.
Pleiadian Council:
We thank you very much.
And we will say: the journey of the soul is to merge.
At first, the soul merges with the world around it. Young children do not know the difference between themselves and their environment. At one point, they have no sense of object permanence.
With time, beings identify with their friends, their family, their tribes, their political ideas, their spiritual communities, and the others in their lives.
This is not to say sever ties. It is to recognize that there comes a point when you realize the “you” that you are does not fit in any box or category.
You are a blend of many experiences, influences, and ideas.
You exist apart from the all as much as the all exists within you.
There comes a time when you have to recognize that you may have defined yourself through proximity, relation, and belonging for so long that you have neglected to own a drive within you that hid in the shadows.
You might have once deemed it dark, but it may actually hold the healing wisdom you need to emerge from the forest and see the world in a new way.
This is to become someone who is self-validating, self-affirming, standing upright like a pillar without leaning on anyone or needing a foundation in a specific institutionalized belief that prevents the spontaneity of present-moment emergence.
When you can tap into that, you know what it means to truly flow and to be unencumbered.
We thank you very much for receiving this transmission at this time, and we ask all of you to have a fabulous day.
