Unshakable Foundations

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Hello. We say a fantastic day to all of you. We speak on behalf of the Pleiadian Council and other beings supporting your planet in your process of spiritual evolution.

We are very excited to be able to reach you at this time and connect as new energy emerges within you in alignment with this eclipse. The message we bring today we have entitled “Unshakable Foundations.”

This message is to bring you to connect with that within you that remains unmoving through all of the transformation of life. One of the laws of existence is that everything changes, and you must learn how to remain connected to something continuous within yourself despite these ever-changing fluctuations.

The primary unshakable foundation is in the formula of acting on what excites you as best as you can, without insisting on a particular outcome. From there emerges your own personal manifestation of an unshakable foundation.

The first thing that we would point you toward is a sense of routine. Routine manifests very differently for each person. Some of you might have a conventional job that asks you to structure your days in the same way. So, to have a more flowing routine might mean waking up earlier to include time for a practice for your mind and body, like meditation or movement, that allows you to move toward the day. Or, if you are more of a night-oriented person, you might include that practice after your normal working hours.

For those of you who are more creative and have a certain level of control over your time because that works better for you, you might find routine is more in flux. What routine means is different for everyone, of course. What matters most is that you know what practices allow you to return to balance within yourself.

You might have a wide range of practices, from meditation to creative expression, to walks in nature, conversations with people you trust, and movement practices that energize your body and strengthen your connection to your inner awareness. All of these serve as foundations that allow you to release when you go through change within your life.

What practices and routines serve you is up to your preference. Some of you will find you need a sense of continuity that you find through these practices, especially in times when certain people are falling away from your life and new ones are entering, you are moving from one location to another, or you find yourself inclined to change something about your life. Having one thing that remains constant can be something that anchors you very powerfully.

For others, there might be a very different expression. It might mean having some empty space every day that you get to fill with your own creative expression of whatever feels alive in that moment. That can be a more unshakable way to stay balanced.

You have to figure it out for yourself. You must learn through experience and trial and error what type of person you are, without putting yourself in a box, recognizing that you are forever changing as well.

The next very important level of an unshakable foundation has to do with having trusted relationships. These are people you know you can rely on because they have proven that they care and that they engage in a way that is reciprocal.

Reciprocity is a natural law of nature and something that has been recognized by Indigenous communities throughout the world. Before taking from the natural world, they would often—and in some cases always—give something first. They recognized that natural order was not possible without this basic principle of reciprocity.

For relationships to be continuously beneficial, some of that reciprocity must be involved. Those who find themselves continuously giving without receiving from their friends and community will eventually reach a point of burnout.

So it is better to have a few friends whom you really trust, who really lift you up, than a huge number of friends whom you cannot rely on in times of challenge. Often, it is a time of challenge that really proves who is a true friend, who is a reliable mentor who can guide you through and help you navigate, and which sorts of people will not be compatible for whatever reason.

Another unshakable foundation is your own sense of ethics and values.

When you know clearly within yourself what you stand for and which principles govern a harmonious way of relating to others and yourself, you will be met by life with ease. This happens because you know how to respond.

The question of what is ethical is one that can be debated by many. What is most important to consider, though, is the level of impact that actions have on others. When you understand the effect of your actions on the overall community and the effect of the way you relate to others, it will become easier to know how to respond with time.

Allow yourself to continuously develop your own relationship to this through recognizing your own inner purpose. Again, that purpose is to be yourself and to live authentically, true to yourself.

When these basic pillars come together, you develop a sense of inner self-trust, and that becomes your deeper foundation. Through all of the ups and downs, you know how to believe in yourself and trust your own feelings.

This is strengthened by harmonious relationships and by developing that response wherein you continuously choose what you know feels right for you.

Self-trust is very much like trust for others. You trust other people when they live true to their word. You can come to trust yourself more when you hold yourself accountable to your own standards.

That means that when you set an intention or have a goal, you see it through to the end. If this becomes something you struggle to do, it is wise to learn how to set goals that you can actually accomplish.

One of the best ways to sabotage your own self-trust is to continuously aim higher than you can achieve and fall into a state of disappointment when you fail. This is why the formula is one of those solid foundations. Regardless of what happens, have no insistence on an outcome and continuously return to that core of what excites you, trusting in the trial-and-error process of experimentation and finding what works for you.

Now, your body itself is perhaps the final unshakable foundation.

Oftentimes, people have sought a sense of spiritual liberation by going completely beyond the body or denying the reality of what they felt within. Others have tried to use the body to achieve a particular end—disciplining the body, pushing the body past its signals to achieve what they describe as strength.

Yet the body is wiser and must be treated with great care.

This is why understanding the formula as a momentary experience and an invitation to always live in the present is key to actually making it work for you.

That means: act on your excitement now. Do not act on the excitement of a past version of yourself that wanted you to push through to reach a goal if, in the moment, your body no longer feels like it is capable of achieving the goal you set out upon.

It is wiser to let the body rest and pick up where you left off the next day.

When you have a core relationship with the signals in your body, you allow your body to be a vessel and your soul to be the channel. You let excitement be the river that you swim through, knowing that the body will give a signal when excitement starts to sway into anxiety or dissolve into boredom.

That is your sign to return within, regardless of what other people or the world around you insist that you do.

This can be one of the big pitfalls of following your excitement, because you might feel so much excitement and generate a tremendous amount of momentum that you bring many other people on board with you. Yet if you get empathically hooked into their excitement past the point that you feel connected with a group project or ambition, you sometimes abandon yourself in the process and neglect listening to those signals within your body.

So, together, it is again about remembering the formula continuously; having some sense of routine; engaging in reciprocal relationships; having a clear sense of your own personal ethics; and knowing how you return to your own body and remain in a continuous state of awareness of your body.

Through these, you develop an unshakable foundation that resounds as a sense of self-trust.

And this inner self-trust is what allows you to be truly trustworthy to others in your lives as well.

This will become very important as your world continues to be shaken up. The very foundations of your own society are rearranging, and there will be many grand evolutions, some of which will be confusing and bring a level of instability to many people.

You become a pillar upholding a new kind of world and a new way of living when you develop this unshakable foundation within yourself.

We thank you for allowing us to share this message with you. And now we would ask: How can we be of service to you with any of your questions, comments, musings, or inquiries? Begin whenever you would like.

PARTICIPANT 1:
Hello.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes.

PARTICIPANT 1:
I have a question about my meditation again.

Two days ago, I was doing a meditation suggested by a different group. Basically, they call it a contact meditation, but it is very simple. You just put your hand on your heart and say, “I am willing to make contact right now.”

I have been doing that for a while, and two days ago, about ten minutes in, I started to have this pain in the palm of my right hand. I was wondering if it had anything to do with my request.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Do you still feel this pain now?

PARTICIPANT 1:
No. It only happened then.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
And it was a subtle feeling that disappeared?

PARTICIPANT 1:
It was a little more than subtle. It made me cringe, but I did not want to move. I did not want to disrupt it in case it was something important. Then it just dissipated.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes. This is something that occurs often in meditation.

When you are in the process of meditation, it is usually more powerful and helpful to stay connected with the process of meditation you have engaged with. So, if this meditation involved visualizing something or affirming something, continue doing that.

If the meditation you were doing involved scanning the body or focusing on the breath, continue doing that and allow that sensation to move while staying connected to it, without moving your body unless the sensation becomes unbearable.

Later, you can reflect on what it might have meant.

In this case, you might be experiencing an expansion of your sensitivity and your creativity, as is reflected by the hands. The hands and palm chakras express a few different abilities. First is the ability to sense energies.

The pain in your hand sometimes means that you are blocking your own sensitivity to certain energies. This might be because you do not necessarily want to fully know or understand the energy of other people in your life because of what it might represent.

You may also use the hands as a way to transmit healing energy, and sometimes you have fear of what transmitting this healing energy might mean. So we would not read too much into it, and instead consider it a part of that expansion.

In stepping into your connection with your guides, you also must agree to becoming more sensitive to subtle energies within your physical world.

The process of having this expanded intuitive sense means that your normal senses start to become more refined and heightened. You might pick up on more when you enter certain environments or enter into connection with other people.

Sometimes that might mean feeling more of their pain.

Again, when you have an unshakable foundation of how you return to yourself, you have a way of discharging that pain and knowing the difference between what pain is yours and what pain is theirs.

This would be especially important to reflect upon if you find this pain returns to your hands when you meditate or if you feel pain in your hands when you are around other people.

PARTICIPANT 1:
Okay, that makes sense. Something similar to what you just said reminded me of when I volunteer at a house for older people with dementia.

Often, I am there for two hours at most, and I do not really do much. I just chat with them, or recently I have been painting their walls because they asked me to do some murals.

But when I come home, I feel so tired, as if I had been working in the mines. I am wondering what I am doing energetically.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
You often pick up on their energy. Those who have dementia are oftentimes replaying experiences from their lives that they are not consciously aware of as they gradually lose their mental faculties and their soul is planning to return to spirit.

So yes, you might feel some of their pain, and you might feel some of that loss of control through them. You also might feel the expanded quality of the return to spirit that they are preparing for.

PARTICIPANT 1:
Okay. Is there any way for me to stop feeling so tired, or is it something I am supposed to be doing, like taking some of the pain away?

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Is it exciting for you?

PARTICIPANT 1:
I always love going there, yes. I do not like feeling tired, but I do not mind it that much.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Well, feeling tired is a natural part of expending energy and holding space for others. It is always slightly tiring to give your personal focus to other souls.

The question then becomes: Are you becoming so tired that you are losing the capacity to do something equally important to you?

Sometimes this tired feeling is a good thing. It allows you to have restfulness. It is simply a matter of how much capacity you have.

If you are feeling so fatigued that you are no longer capable of doing everything that you need to fit into your daily life, then you may want to consider giving a bit less time to these people and spaces.

PARTICIPANT 1:
Okay. I only do it once a week, so I am okay. Thank you so much.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
We imagine so as well.

To deepen into your experience moving into these places, imagine the light of Source passing through you. It enters through your crown chakra and goes all the way to your toes before it rises up and passes out through your heart and your hands.

This glowing aura around and through your body can be an anchor that you maintain through your connection with them. You might feel a little bit less tired because you stay focused. At the same time, this energy will allow you to be more attuned to them.

You might notice that as you visualize energy flowing out from your hands and connecting to their bodies, you receive messages, or you know particular places where they might need a supportive touch or a word of reassurance that is meaningful to them.

Listen within yourself and imagine yourself as a beacon and a channel for light as you enter this space. It can be a training ground for expanding sensitivity without becoming burdened when you learn to hold the energy within you in this way.

PARTICIPANT 1:
That sounds very helpful. Thank you very much.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Oh yes. Thanks to you as well.

MODERATOR:
I have a question from Louise because she has no audio.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
All right.

MODERATOR, READING LOUISE’S QUESTION:
She says, “You mentioned earlier in the year that instead of thinking of letting go, to think in terms of adapting. And I think you once said that you cannot let go of that which you are judging. I would love your comments and wisdom on this idea. Thank you.”

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes. We can start here by addressing the concept of judgment and how this impedes letting go.

Judgment must be distinguished from discernment, discernment meaning a logical and reasonable assessment of something.

For example, you might discern that someone is not resonating with you or appears less trustworthy without falling into judgment. Judgment, in this sense, is condemning them, deeming them lower or less worthy, or fundamentally separate from the whole because of some flaw that you see.

Discernment and judgment are both protective. The difference is that discernment allows you to keep your heart open while protecting yourself, whereas judgment shuts the door and fully blocks others out.

Oftentimes, when you insist that you let go of a certain habit without understanding where it originates, you will perpetuate the cycle.

This is because shame is an energy that will reinforce negative beliefs and negative tendencies. Shame causes you either to hide through blending in or to hide through isolation, and both of these choices lead to a kind of endless loop.

When you decide to judge yourself and fall for that trick of shame, disguising yourself to belong in a place that feels off for you, it becomes more and more normal to continue making that choice.

Just as much, when you suppress the shame by protecting yourself and isolating yourself from others, the more you do it, the more difficult it becomes to break out of the shell.

Letting go is best considered letting go of resistance, letting go of procrastination, letting go of a sort of stagnant belief, rather than letting go of something in particular.

Letting go is an active movement.

You may find it easier to let go when you have established that clear anchor to your body. That might mean a routine, a movement, or a practice that allows you to feel present in your body and to push against the resistance of fear in choosing what brings you to feel filled with love.

Adaptability is key in a world of constant change and constant flux.

This may mean showing up in a new space and allowing yourself to be aware of your surroundings and aware of differences in language, values, and customs.

This is not to get rid of what is essentially yours, but to find the common ground where you can fit and meet each other in a way that you can both understand.

There is a big difference between adapting and covering up.

If you were to cover up and deny your truth, that might mean telling lies. It might mean being dishonest with your emotions.

Whereas adapting is often more subtle. It is finding a different perspective through which you can communicate. It is allowing yourself to see things from another perspective, recognizing that beliefs shape perception and that all beliefs are relative.

In this way, you can walk through the world in all of its diversity, seeing a new side of yourself wherever you go while still remaining true to what feels alive within you.

MODERATOR:
Thank you on behalf of Louise.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes.

MODERATOR:
We have someone new here. [Name unclear], sorry, I do not know how to say it. Would you like to ask something?

Okay. Maybe they do not have audio either. I can ask a question from the YouTube chat.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes.

MODERATOR, READING YOUTUBE QUESTION:
I would like advice from the Council about how to ease through the change in the new world of bartering and energy exchange, especially in terms of practitioners’ pricing and donations.

And to follow up on that, how are the lives of those who take and do not return reciprocally affected? How is my life affected when I do that? Can I have an example of the effects of that behavior in real life?

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes. Great question.

Energy exchange is, first of all, relative to the communities where it is expressed. Currency, in terms of money, is worth something different in each part of the world. And so you have to adjust your values based upon the audience that you connect with and where you may live.

The market, in terms of offers, is filled with a great variety of levels of value.

Sliding-scale prices can be a powerful way to make a service available to everyone regardless of their class and their current economic level. It also allows people from around the world to be able to reach a service.

Yet, paradoxically, this kind of pricing can sometimes be a hindrance to the people who can pay the most.

Oftentimes, those from a more privileged background have a belief system in place that says things have more value when they are worth more and are priced at more.

Just as much, many of a more privileged class do not necessarily believe in that same egalitarian approach of making something available to everyone. And so this can present a challenge to pricing an offering.

We would suggest that perhaps on your website or in the marketplace where you present an offer, you have one price that appears to be solid, and then people who might not be able to afford the same amount can ask for a reduced price.

Your sliding scale does not necessarily have to be presented visibly, and you do not need to suggest the lower and higher ends of a sliding scale right away.

It is often easier to set one price and allow those who need a reduced rate to suggest what they might be able to afford.

In terms of the idea of bartering, it really comes down to: Do you need the service that other people can offer?

Because value is not just determined by expertise or potential benefit. It comes down to what you really need.

You might at times be presented with somebody who has something they would like to barter or trade with that does not necessarily have the same usefulness for you.

This can be challenging for those with a sort of people-pleasing tendency, who feel they have to make other people happy or believe that they must be generous in order to be a good person.

You might be able to find a way to accept the barter and make another barter. Perhaps you do not need the service that person can provide to you, but you have a friend who needs it, and you can barter with that friend and make a three-way trade where you get what you need and everyone gets what they need.

If that is not possible, it is often an expression of being true to your inner authority and true to your own self by saying, “What you offer me is not necessarily what I need. It would be best if we did an exchange with money, as that would help me more.”

There cannot necessarily be a fixed rule about the best way to approach these situations.

What matters is that it feels right.

In times when you do not have an abundance of time to do everything you need to do, you might not be as willing to be generous. And that can be okay, because it allows you to get your priorities in order.

At other times in life, you might have an abundance of time. Being generous with those who cannot necessarily afford to pay for services and goods in the same way can be a way of expanding your abundance, knowing that these people might be able to help in other ways.

People who do not have the same economic access can still be encouraged to share with other people how the service benefited them, to leave a review, help spread the word, share it on media platforms, and help in other ways.

If the barter that somebody offers initially does not resonate with you, suggest some way of giving back that might work for you.

There are so many expressions of abundance. Do not let yourself get fixated on just one.

Those of you who have a lot to give and struggle to get money for it might need to ask yourself the question: “What am I going to use that money to buy?”

Then ask directly for those things that you might be able to get in other ways.

People often receive housing, food, transportation, and other essentials in life through barter agreements.

So be open to asking the right people, and know the value of what you have to offer.

When you can stand behind the value of what you have to offer, you can barter your way through life with greater ease.

But also consider that the other people you are bartering with must get their needs met as well. Otherwise, that exchange is not sustainable, as it does not mutually benefit both people involved.

MODERATOR:
Thank you.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes.

PARTICIPANT 2:
Hello, Council.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes. Welcome.

PARTICIPANT 2:
I would like to ask if you can explain how remembering works when I am trying to remember something. How does it work in my head?

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
You are accessing your subconscious and other parts of your brain.

You could say everything that you ever experienced gets stored somewhere. You may not always consciously be aware of it.

Oftentimes, memory happens through association.

You hear a particular word, and then you remember every association you have with that word. You enter a space, and you begin to remember everything that happened in that place. You talk with a person, and you start to remember the details of your exchange.

So this happens through associative pathways in your brain.

Are you asking because you struggle to remember something at times?

PARTICIPANT 2:
Yes. Usually, I struggle to recall something that I used to know, for instance. Many times I get the feeling that the information is simply not there—it is missing.

But I was pretty sure it was there, that I was aware of it, and now it is gone. So I am curious how this process works and why it is not there, basically.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Well, another struggle is forcing yourself to remember.

Sometimes, the more that you stubbornly focus on remembering something that is not present in the moment, you expand the absence and push it further into the back of your mind.

So the best thing to do in moments when you cannot remember is to trust that it does exist somewhere inside of you, inside of your soul, and inside of your brain.

It is better to focus on something new. Focus on something different and trust that when you need to know it, you will know it.

Also get beyond any belief in the need to prove a level of intellectual mastery in order to demonstrate your value.

This kind of belief system gets drilled into many of you in your education systems, in your career workplaces, and so on.

It is important to recognize that you have an inherent value and an innate worth.

You are worthy because you exist as a soul. You are worthy because love and excitement and passion exude from you and through you, and you can express that energy out into the world.

You do not need to have perfect memory, perfect understanding, or perfect comprehension in order to be worthy.

The anxiety and shaky feeling of unworthiness is not a stable ground through which to remember or build a solid foundation of recall.

So yes, oftentimes this failure to remember is worsened through your own fear of a lack of worth.

When you restore a sense of innate value, you no longer fear, and therefore recalling what exists within you becomes easier and easier.

Now, this is the emotional and more psychological side of memory.

One practical thing we would suggest as well is more note-taking and writing out or speaking out what you see.

For example, when you read a book or listen to a lecture, have a sheet of paper where you write out the most specific details.

If something lights you up, even if it is something you think you already know, write it down on a piece of paper, type it out on your phone screen, or draw a picture of it. It does not necessarily matter how you jot it down. It matters that you do it.

Even recording a voice note of yourself reading aloud an important passage of something you have read helps a lot.

Just as much, regularly return to summaries of things that feel important to you.

If every day for a month you go through a summary of some new teaching that feels very vital to your life, that summary will become second nature, and you will be able to develop your own understanding of it so you can communicate it with ease.

PARTICIPANT 2:
And what about channeling the information that I am missing or am not able to get right away?

What if I can simply switch to some kind of channeling mode and ask for that information?

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes, you can do that too.

But remember, channeling implies getting out of your way. It implies shutting down the resistance and fear of your lower mind and just letting things flow.

PARTICIPANT 2:
Yes. And as you mentioned, when there is a fear of being unworthy, then the channeling is usually blocked. Yes, I have experienced that.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes.

PARTICIPANT 2:
One more effect I have been experiencing over the last couple of weeks: I have been working with artificial intelligence daily, almost all day, all the time, and the days seem much shorter to me than they used to.

Do you have anything to say about that? I am curious if I am in some sort of fast-paced way of working or what has happened.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Well, you are in a kind of flow state, and this flow happens because you are deeply absorbed with the information and the communication.

It is not wrong. But the same thing will happen with those who do channeling, creative work, or anything of the sort.

The issue is that it can sometimes burn you out or make you lose time.

At a more neurological level, there is a heightened level of dopamine that flows through you when you are doing this type of work. In the flow of that dopamine, you lose track of time completely. Your sense of time speeds up.

For things that you simply want out of the way, perhaps it is good to speed up time. But if your days simply disappear, then you may want to include more breaks.

That might mean taking half an hour to walk outside and do something that is very boring.

As you do this, notice how quickly half an hour passes when you are involved in the flow activity versus when you are focused on meditation or presence in nature.

Developing the ability to accelerate and decelerate time at will, and remaining present in both of them, will give you more of a conscious choice about when to enter the flow and when not to enter that flow.

Just as much, you have to ask yourself: What is the end result?

It is very easy to completely lose time doing certain tasks. But do you gain something from the time that has disappeared, or do you not?

PARTICIPANT 2:
I definitely do enjoy it, and I am gaining a lot of experience working with it. But I was surprised that, as you said, my days are getting shorter and almost disappearing.

So yes, I may be too consumed with one task and not doing other tasks. I need to be more in control and not so caught up in the dopamine rush. That is a good point.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes. And the best way to do that is to do the hard thing first.

Do the thing that you have the most resistance to first. See it as a sort of obstacle to the more rewarding things.

The hard thing—the thing you have resistance to—is not necessarily something that is counter to your excitement.

It is often something you have a great deal of excitement about that you have misconstrued into anxiety because of your own beliefs about what doing it implies.

For example, you might not want to do duties around the house because you have defined them as boring. But if they are still practical and serve the overall harmony of your relationships and your own sense of inner peace, then those things are paramount to doing the other tasks in a great way.

Once you start to do the hard thing first, you will notice something different.

Once the hard thing is out of the way, when you enter into the flow there is no background anxiety.

Without the background anxiety, your tasks done in the flow are more enjoyable. You are also able to step more outside of the time-dissolving quality and do something different because you are engaged in what you are doing—not out of resistance to doing something else, but purely because you enjoy doing it.

PARTICIPANT 2:
This gets me a bit confused with my passion, because when I am passionate about working on a project that involves AI, that is usually my easy morning decision—just continuing with my projects where I left off yesterday.

So, yes.

All right. Another theme I would like to ask you about is a legal theme. I am working here to protect our environment and our protected area.

There will be some new information about the progress, and most of it is positive. But there is still some risk that private companies will take over and do their business there.

Can you sense what the probability is, or how it looks from your point of view?

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
It is possible, but do not give up.

Remember that doing what excites you and doing what is ethical must be done for its own sake.

Even if the odds of overcoming adversity are thin, do it anyway—not because it is going to work, but because it feels right and it is the right thing to do.

Just as much, it sets an example for other people of the ethical way of caring for the world and, in this case, caring for the environment.

Know that when you do that, you do create a ripple effect, and sometimes you will face losses along the way.

Not all of that is in your control. But what you can do is stay true to yourself and appreciate the power of that ripple effect.

Oftentimes, questioning, “Are we going to win or not?” in the face of adversity is what will cause you to lose momentum and have less of a powerful impact.

Standing up for what is right with clear confidence is what allows your actions to have the most powerful ripple effect.

And remember, you cannot win every battle.

But the chances here are continuously in flux. It is an evolving situation.

So do it because it is right, not because you are sure it will work.

PARTICIPANT 2:
I am often a bit uncertain whether fighting with officials, institutions, and private companies that have lots of money is worth it.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Why would it not be?

PARTICIPANT 2:
Yes, that is the question, because I do not have that many resources and so on, even though many people are supporting us. That is what gives me the strength to do it.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Oftentimes, the power of doing something like this is that it brings people together around a common goal.

It inspires other people to also stand for what is right.

If everybody had that defeated attitude that those with more power are simply going to get what they want, then people would not stand up for what is right in the first place.

So continue to share, and continue to live doing what you feel is right for you and others.

Know that that example is often even more powerful in the face of defeat.

PARTICIPANT 2:
Yes. That is also how I understand it. Thank you very much.

If I may, one more question regarding the memory thing.

When I am speaking to someone, many times I get some missing information in my brain and I simply cannot remember it.

I question myself in that situation: Was the information I am trying to talk about not so important, so I forgot it in the moment? Or do I need to put more effort into remembering this information?

That is usually my dilemma.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Well, let us remind you again: putting more effort into remembering is counterproductive to remembering.

Trusting that you know what you need to know when you need to know it, and likewise that you remember what you need to remember when you need to remember it, is key to actually allowing the memory to surface.

So in these conversations, first of all, clear any degree of social pressure or anxiety.

If you have an ego part that is trying to prove something or trying to be seen in a certain light in that conversation, soften that and become aware of it.

In doing so, and allowing yourself to be more natural and authentic, you may find that that softening itself allows the memory to surface.

At other times, the blockage in memory is completely different in its nature.

The best thing to do is to go with the flow in the conversation and trust that you will circle back to that important detail when it is right.

Oftentimes, once you have forgotten what you are trying to remember—or forgotten that you are trying to remember something—the detail shows up.

PARTICIPANT 2:
That makes sense. Thank you very much.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Thanks to you as well.

MODERATOR:
I have another question, a follow-up from Louise.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes.

MODERATOR, READING LOUISE’S QUESTION:
She says, “Jesus once said to love your enemies. I would really love your take on this. And if you can share any practical how-tos or permission slips, that would be wonderful. Thanks.”

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Loving your enemies is to recognize that you are all a part of the same Source, that there is no fundamental separation.

So part of this might come back to remembering that your enemies have similar intentions to you, or at least that they want to feel at peace and in control in some way, as many do.

Knowing that your enemies have a reason for the way they act is also key.

Oftentimes, those who act with cruelty or selfishness have a degree of trauma and are conditioned to act a certain way without any teaching to counter that.

In knowing this, you can act with compassion toward them.

To love your enemies does not mean being overly generous or supportive toward them when it might cause you to put yourself in danger.

One example of a sort of Christlike power was demonstrated in the civil rights movement in America under the influence of Martin Luther King.

Many African Americans willingly put themselves in the face of cruelty and humiliation, allowing themselves to be sprayed by hoses, recognizing that in doing that they were holding up a mirror to the cruel perpetrators so that they could see themselves and see how inhumane their own actions were.

This is actually a trick of power.

When you, in the face of being witnessed by many others, stay composed while another person falls into cruelty, aggression, anger, or immaturity in some way, the other person essentially gives their power over to you in that moment.

That is, of course, when they are being witnessed—when the larger community sees their actions.

So part of this way of behaving is not just spiritually mature; it is strategic.

It is knowing that the one who stays in balance stays more connected to Source and also eventually wins the upper hand, as those who descend into emotional outrage and hostile behaviors will eventually be disliked by the crowd and fall from their position.

So loving your enemies can also mean choosing to be the bigger person or choosing to take the high road.

Now, there are also situations in which this is unwise.

For example, you do not want to let yourself be robbed, harmed, or violated as a way of turning the other cheek.

Turning the other cheek is contextual.

What matters is that you are not alone in the moment that you choose this submission, and that allowing yourself to submit will cause the other person to be witnessed in their true colors.

Remember, just as Christ said, “Love your neighbor,” he also walked into the room where usury, unfair lending, and gambling were taking place, and he flipped the tables over.

So Christ turning the other cheek and loving your enemy was not about being morally superior for its own sake.

It was more an act of standing for justice and standing in an inner strength of knowing the unconditional love that exists within, and knowing that the one who stays in connection to that inner Source is usually the one who wins in the end.

MODERATOR:
Thank you for that.

I have one more question from the YouTube chat, if you want to take that.

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
Yes.

MODERATOR, READING YOUTUBE QUESTION:
Are we still on the timeline for the solar flash?

PLEIADIAN COUNCIL:
During your lifetime, there will be increasing solar flares.

Will there be a massive solar flare that wipes out all of the electronics on your planet for a period of time?

Not necessarily.

There is a possibility, though we would not consider it very likely at this time.
