Your Imagination is Trying to Heal You

PC — 0:27

Hello, and we say a good day to all of you. We thank you very much for allowing us to speak through the channel and to be received in your world.

We speak on behalf of many beings supporting your planet in its process of spiritual unfoldment and evolution. We are always excited to meet you, as this opens an opportunity for us to experience your reality. We also grow and evolve through this process.

We would briefly like to talk about the idea of imagination.

You often consider imagination to be something that simply makes things up. Yet imagination is an engine of your existence. You constantly use imagination to decide where you are going. This is where all ideas begin: within, before they become an outer manifestation or creation.

Imagination can also be a deeper attunement to something unseen within you. It connects you to your own unconscious and, often, to a collective unconscious—a realm of symbols, archetypes, different beings, and images that represent what you most need to connect with in any given moment.

When you carry your imagination far enough, you may find that the visions presenting themselves are also connected with feelings in your body, undeniable sensations, and a sense of movement toward something. This can be profound in the way it allows you to transform your very being.

We would therefore encourage you to become more connected with your imagination and recognize that it is the foundation of your intuition. It reveals aspects of yourself with which you may need to connect. As you integrate these aspects, your imagination can help you see the bigger picture, including the dynamics and group energies moving through the collective.

As you walk through the world, you sometimes sense things about other people or particular places. You might experience this through your feelings or through memories that arise when you enter those places. With experience, this sensitivity can become attuned to the degree that you are able to know what you need to know in the moment you need to know it. This can be a great gift in learning how to live in the flow.

Imagination only becomes intuition when you first find a space of grounding. When you know how to return to that safe space within yourself—where you have self-trust and recognize what serves you and what does not—your imagination can begin to expand. It can then help you discover the path that calls to you more strongly than any other.

When you have absorbed stress, fear, and tension from the world around you, however, your imagination can bend in another direction. You begin projecting the worst-case scenario. You allow your trauma to distort your vision of the future before you.

You may hold on to past experiences that you did not prefer—experiences that were unpleasant and left you hurting. In attempting to prevent them from happening again, you begin to see the same situation recurring in every possible timeline you imagine. This can prevent you from walking the path of your greatest opportunities.

Instead, recognize that this is your imagination attempting to help you heal. When past experiences continue resurfacing as fears, your imagination is inviting you to look more closely at the past. It is an invitation to find meaning within those experiences.

What were you naïve about? What could you not see? How did you give your trust to the collective, or to specific individuals, too soon?

These are often some of the most important questions to ask when resolving your blind spots and turning mistakes into fortune. Indeed, every mistake contains a teaching—but you must create that teaching. You must transform the experience yourself.

You do not automatically learn something the moment something goes wrong. An experience can continue to hold you back until you truly take the time to sit with the past, to sit with what has been, and to know it as something still alive within your body.

Perhaps you are very familiar with tension in your neck, or in another part of your body, which seems to be an obstacle holding you back. Yet have you asked that part of your body, “What is this really about? From what habit, posture, or way of holding myself does this pain arise? How do my history, my beliefs, and the things I avoid or chase contribute to the habits, postures, and attitudes that sustain this pain?”

When you can see this intricate web and untangle it bit by bit—with your breath, awareness, and presence—you can transform it into joy, meaning, and wisdom that serves not only you, but everyone around you equally.

We thank you for allowing us to share this message. In return, we would ask: Do you have any questions or anything you would like to share with us? Perhaps we can support you in the ways you see fit.

I have a question.

I have been advised to work on making music every day, and so far I have been doing it in the morning. Getting into that creative space can be difficult for me. It has always been difficult for me to enter that space by myself.

I also feel that the morning is the space in which I would usually work with my body and meditate. Finding a balance between these things is something I would appreciate your perspective on.

Do you begin by working with whatever feels most alive within you?

Participant — 9:47

Maybe not. No.

Some people benefit from order. They benefit from following the same routine every day. They feel safer and calmer when they know they will begin the day by exercising, eating, walking the dog, and going to work. They might finish the day by replying to their emails, having a shower, enjoying a meal, and reading a book.

They repeat the same structure day after day, and this gives them a sense of trust. Of course, they fill in the spaces between these activities with spontaneity and meetings with others.

Other people, particularly those who are more creative by nature, benefit from greater spaciousness. They may know that they have four free hours in which they can do whatever feels right.

Perhaps they exercise first because it wakes them up, and then they move into creativity. Perhaps they meditate first to calm themselves, and creative expression follows. On other days, they might awaken feeling so inspired that they immediately dive into their creative work.

You may be someone who benefits more from creating spaciousness and then observing how your own inspiration guides you toward what is relevant and truly necessary.

On some days, you may want to awaken your body, exercise, meditate, and then begin making music. On other days, you may want to make music immediately.

As a creative person, learn to listen to what feels right. Honoring that feeling helps you regulate yourself and enter the state of balance from which inspiration can fully express itself.

Does that make sense?

Participant — 11:51

Yes. Thank you.

PC — 11:56

Thank you. Does anyone else have something they would like to share or ask?

All right, going once.

Okay, absolutely.

What is the perspective of the collective we are speaking with regarding my throat?

I have had bile or mucus stuck in my throat for many years. I recently completed a dry fast, which expelled some of this mucus. What is your perspective on it?

PC — 13:00

From the perspective of the elements, there is a great deal of fire moving through your body.

This fire is beneficial for creative purposes, but some of it is also an unresolved charge of frustration that may need to be examined more closely.

You may be softening your truth. Sometimes you soften your truth because it is necessary in order to navigate a particular situation. However, that does not necessarily mean that the softened truth reflects how you really feel inside.

By recognizing the difference between how you truly feel and what is strategically necessary when navigating difficult situations, you can begin to resolve this fire.

The fire often arises because you have become so accustomed to adjusting yourself that you do not necessarily honor what you feel beneath the surface.

Participant — 14:02

Thank you.

PC — 14:03

Yes. Does anybody else have something they would like to ask?

Going once, twice—and then we will thank you very much for allowing this interaction to take place and for greeting us in this way.

We wish you a fantastic rest of your experience and afternoon.
